The Golden Sneakers program at Arden Park is a free bi-weekly walking group. As a group we will take a walk through our beautiful neighborhood. The route will be predetermined and can be expanded or shortened based on the health and needs of the group. The Golden Sneakers program welcomes all older adults to join. This is a great opportunity to make new friends, get involved within the community, and have a great time exercising. If you have any questions, please contact the Arden Park District Office.
