This class focuses on creating a greater range of motion, better posture, and improving balance. This is perfect if you are looking to be stronger, move better, and keep independently doing the activities you love!  This class is suitable for anyone looking for a low intensity, full body session.

This class is made to make you move, sweat, and feel better. You will work all the major muscle groups and get your week started right. This full body pump is an hour you can commit to yourself and your health. Please bring your own roll-up yoga/exercise mat. The instructor is Michael van Buskirk, CSCS from Performance-ology LLC. This class was previously known as Body Weight Boot Camp.

The Arden Park Kickball League is a recreational co-ed league for adults. Season is 8 weeks and league champion is based on best standings at the end of the season. Registration fees include scorekeeper, game balls and first place shirts. Teams must be able to field a team of 10 with at least 3 females players on each team.

Zumba® Gold is perfect for active older adults, pregnant and/or beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout.  We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour.
