Rental Rates

Celebrating a birthday, wedding, baby shower, or hosting a meeting? Come rent the Arden Park Community Center! Perfect for entertaining, the Community Center has a utility kitchen, tables, and chairs. We also have picnic areas available to rent at both Arden Park and Cresta Park with BBQ pits and picnic tables to provide for a fun day in the park. The swimming pool is also available to rent; contact us for more information!

Business Meeting:

Resident: $33/Hour   Non-Resident: $55/Hour         Minimum: 2 Hours

Social Gathering:

Resident: $264 for a 4 Hour Block, $66/Additional Hour

Non-Resident: $385 for a 4 Hour Block, $100/Additional Hour

Minimum: 4 Hours 

Friday PM - Sunday

$55 Resident/$110 Non-Resident non-refundable security deposit can be applied toward the balance
$275 Resident/$330 Non-Resident cleaning/damage deposit is required and is fully refundable if room is returned to original condition.

Pool Rental

Pool Rentals are only available when public swim is availalable - late May to early August. To register you must come in person to the Arden Park Office during business hours.

0-25 People (two guards)-  $198 Resident, $231 Non-Resident
26-50 People (three guards)-$231 Resident, $281 Non-Resident
51-100 People (four guards)- $280 Resident, $314 Non-Resident
$88 each additional hour

Arden Park boundaries are from Eastern Avenue to Watt Avenue and Arden Way to Fair Oaks Boulevard. Neighbors residing within these boundaries are considered Arden Park residents. Individuals who live outside of these boundaries are considered non-residents.
