Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is practiced with the use of a chair for support and balance. Excellent for recovering injuries, regaining confidence, and lubricating the joints without getting up and down off the yoga mat. Also, a wonderful way to improve your body's ability to sense movement, action, and location which helps prevent falls. (Chairs provided, please bring a yoga mat to place under the chair to avoid slipping). Instructor is Scheri Goff RYT 500hr:
