Etiquette and Dining Skills for Children and Teens 

CHILDREN AGE 7-11 SOCIAL ETIQUETTE AND DINING SKILLS WORKSHOP
Wonderful manners begin with confidence in knowing how and what to do in all kinds of social situations. Manners are memorable, make lasting impressions and help others feel at ease.
For 7-11 year olds, our Children's Social Etiquette and Dining Skills workshop offers:
- The Importance of Etiquette & Manners In Our Everyday Lives
- Meet, Greet & Introduction Essentials
- Mannerly Conversations & Conversation Strategies
- Navigating The Three Course Meal
- Napkin & Utensil Protocols
- Styles of Dining & Pausing
- Table Setting
- Table Posture
- The Secrets Of A Polite Diner
- Meal Finish Etiquette
This session is highly participatory, with hands-on activities and learning, and a lot of fun! Your children will receive a take-home packet that is fun and activity based, and provides reminders from the session. In addition they'll also receive a certificate of accomplishment; we'll provide all dining materials and other supplies. Please provide your child/children with a light snack and beverage to enjoy during break. 
Saturday, August 24, 2019, 1-4pm. Cost: $65/student; 10 minimum, 15 maximum. 
YOUTH AGE 12-14 INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND DINING SKILLS WORKSHOP
Intuitive social skills bring confidence and ease in anticipating new situations in daily life as well as your future. In addition, excellent interpersonal communication skills, social self-awareness and savvy dining skills help pave the way to social success.
Specifically designed to meet these needs, our Youth Interpersonal Communication and Dining Etiquette program involves:
- Meet, Greet and Introduction Essentials
- Meaningful and Polite Conversation
- Personal Communication Essentials 
- Active Listening
- Navigating The Three Course Meal
- Table Posture
- Appropriate Dining Manners
- Napkin and Utensil Essentials
- Three Course Dining, Pausing and Finishing Etiquette
This workshop is engaging and highly participatory, not to mention a fun way to learn important life skills. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Angie Allison is Daily Protocol's founder and Chief Etiquette Officer. She holds a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Advertising, and is a Master Certified Business and Personal Etiquette Trainer. She has trained and taught etiquette since 2010 in Sacramento, San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding communities.
