Stroller Strides is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with babies/toddlers.  Each 60 minute total body workout incorporates power walking/jogging, toning, songs & activities.  Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats catered to every fitness level.

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout.  We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome so come join us today!  

Location: Arden Park Community Center

Times:    5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
                8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday
                9:15 a.m. – 10 a.m.  Sunday

Dates:    Ongoing

Cost: $50/month Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Or chose our class pass at $110 for 2 months. $15 Walk in fee. $45 one time joining fee.

ZUMBA fitness classes combine high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries.  ZUMBA fitness is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Ditch the workout…. Join the party!!

Senior Fitness

The Senior Chair Fitness class is a total body workout, using chairs, bands and dumbbells for upper body and lower body strength, balance and posture.  It will emphasize working on functional movements to increase strength, flexibility, good posture and overall mental well-being.

Times:      9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
Dates:       Tuesday/Thursday
Cost:         $35 per month    $7 daily drop in fee

All equipment is provided by the instructor.
