Basic Life Support CPR for the Healthcare Provider Course

(This class is offered once a month on the following dates)
Dates:   March 14, April 4, May 23, June 20, July 25, August 22
Time:     6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Cost:      $ 50 ($15 for the BLS CPR for Healthcare Providers Student Manual due to instructor cash/check)

The Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR for Healthcare Providers course is
designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability
to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an
AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. BLS CPR
training is appropriate for first responders, such as police officers and
firefighters, as well as for laypeople whose work brings them into contact
with members of the public, such as school, fitness center, or hotel and
restaurant employees.

Heartsaver CPR Course

Date:     April 23, June 18, July 23, August 27
Time:     9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Cost:      $ 45 ($15 for the Heartsaver CPR AED Student Workbook due to instructor cash/check)

The Heartsaver CPR course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led
course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve
choking on an adult. Instructors will observe students, provide feedback,
and guide their learning of skills. This course is for anyone with limited
or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED
use to meet job requirements or simply wants to be prepared in the event
of a medical emergency.

Heartsaver CPR Course  and First-Aid Course

Date:     April 23, June 18, July 23, August 27
Time:     9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Cost:      $ 70 ($15 for the Heartsaver First-Aid CPR AED Student Workbook due to instructor cash/check)

Heartsaver First Aid is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course
that teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an
emergency during the first few minutes until emergency medical services
(EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding,
sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course
is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course
completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job requirements or simply
wants to be prepared in the event of a medical emergency.

Arden Park Garden Club
