Body Weight Boot Camp

This is the class for anyone looking to get a well-rounded, high intensity workout. You will learn to move correctly and flow quickly from one heart pumping exercise to the next. You are encouraged to bring your own roll up yoga/exercise mat.  Due to the high intensity nature of this class and for your safety, participation in the full warm up is required. No late arrivals. Instructor is Michael van Buskirk, CSCS from Performance-ology LLC.

Dates: Mondays - First class starts June 6th!

Time: 7:45-8:40am

Fee: $30/month or $10/drop in 

Age: Adults 18+
