This class is suitable for anyone looking for a low intensity, full body session.
Jazzercise Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome so come join us today!
TennisPrivate single and semi-private lessons are offered year-round. These lessons can be purchased in the Park District Office or online. Show instructor the paid receipt at the start of the lesson. Lessons are scheduled by contacting tennis pro Thad White at 916-717-9092.
