 Arden Park Fitness - Kids Sports Conditioning Camps

Kids Summer Sports Conditioning Camps are a monthly program. Participants can choose between a 4 session per week or 2 session per week model. Sessions focus on age-appropriate athletic development, movement literacy, injury- prevention, and enjoyable skill-building. The program supports physical literacy, social skills, and healthy habits in a safe, inclusive environment.

Pricing:

Days: Monday-Thursday

Pricing Monthly-

$350 for (4) 2hr sessions per week

$250 for (2) 2hr sessions per week (Contact Instructor to select your 2 days to attend Monday-Thursday)

Ages- 7-14 years old

Times- 8am-10am, 10:15am-12:15pm

-Materials needed: Tennis Shoes/ Cleats (preferred), towel, and water.

Goals and Outcomes:

-Improve fundamental movement skills (running jumping, throwing, catching, balance). -Develop age-appropriate strength, agility, speed, and coordination.

-Teach injury-prevention techniques (warm-up, cool-down, mobility, basic body mechanics). 

-Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence. 

-Provide measurable short-term gains through simple skill and fitness checks.

 

Curriculum Highlights:

-Progressive skilladders(e.g., basic balance-> single-leg balance with challenge sport-specific application). 

-Plyometric and strength fundamentals using bodyweight and light implements for older grades.

-Agility ladder and cone drills to build coordination and quickness. 

- Fun, competitive games to reinforce skills and maintain engagement.
