Arden Park Fitness- Kids Summer Sports Conditioning CampsKids Summer Sports Conditioning Camps are a monthly program. Participants can choose between a 4 session per week or 2 session per week model. Sessions focus on age-appropriate athletic development, movement literacy, injury- prevention, and enjoyable skill-building. The program supports physical literacy, social skills, and healthy habits in a safe, inclusive environment.
Sports AssociationsArden Park Youth Soccer competes with teams in the River City Youth Soccer League. It is open to both boys and girls. Practice begins in August and the season kicks off in September. Games are held on Friday evenings for 5 year olds, and Saturday mornings for ages 6-18. For more information go to www.apsoccer.org
